The Edmonton Blues Society (EBS) is a registered non-profit society in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
Our mission is to promote and facilitate local blues musicians and fans coming together to enjoy the music they love, by:
- giving amateur, developing and professional Blues musicians
a chance to play to a supportive audience
- members and guests get the opportunity to hear and party
to good blues music in a safe and friendly family environment
- encouraging young local blues musicians, and
- contributing to local charities
EBS is completely run by volunteers who are blues fans and/or musicians themselves!

EVENTS
We host monthly dances and jam sessions at the Queen Alexandra Hall, 10425 University Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta. Doors open at 7:30 p.m., music at 8:00 p.m., unless otherwise posted.
MEMBERSHIP
Membership fees are currently $25 a year, renewable on the anniversary of the date of purchase. Members' admission to regular events is $5, open stage/jams is $3, half price for Charity events and up to a 20% discount for special sponsored events. Memberships are available at any EBS regular and sponsored event.
Non-members are welcome as guests at $10.00 admission to regular events, $5 for open stage/jams, and the full posted price for all other events.
